Rough rule of thumb with KHL players jumping to NHL is that, if they played close to the full season in the KHL, they should project to score roughly the same number of points in a full season in the NHL. (It's more difficult to put up points in the NHL on a per game basis, but it's balanced out by the season being 30% longer.)
I would not expect big things from Kadeykin but if he can be a decent third liner in the NHL and potentially dislodge an Abdelkader, Erne, or Ehn from the roster I'm not going to complain.
