Seems the Sharks have had better success with 6th and 7th round picks than they have with 2nd and 3rd round picks.

Sharks could sure use one of the more recent late round picks to evolve into another Pavelski.

Thanks for giving us something to read. Sure as F miss hockey.

Braun has been the steadiest, most dependable of the bunch ( you don't have Pave on the list to compare him by) LeBanc was a step up from Danny O'Regan (who he replaced more or less with the trade to Buffalo) but he regressed this year, especially defensively. Bonino was one of the worst trades that Doug ever made, getting Huskins and Travis Moen for the playoffs only in return.
Of the kids, Blichfeld seems to be the most gifted offensively and can be a sniper but like Sasha and Chekovich etc he needs to play D, learn the 200 foot game. Kellman earned his promotion with his well rounded game and it will be interesting to watch Leonard and the new "kid" from Sweden who actually wins faceoffs.
