Fabbri clearly has chemistry playing with Bertuzzi. But I don't want to break up that Mantha-Larkin-Bertuzzi line. I'm wondering if Yzerman trades for Tyler Johnson, could a second line of Zadina-Johnson-Fabbri work? It would be so nice to have a legitimate second scoring line next season.

Absolutely! I think Fabbri can be flexible. The drop off at center is such a huge problem. Johnson would be a dream come true. They were playing RF at center a bit, if he can develop and have some reliable wingers. IF (and only if) Lafreniere made his way to Detroit, it might be good to put him with Larkin and Mantha and let Bert slot down. Apart from that, I completely agree. The powerhouse of LARMANZZI is our strongest line. Throw Fabbri up top for the PP with Hronek?

Well of course I want Lafreniere but as you may already know, I'm fully expecting the Red Wings to draft 4th. I'm not jinxing it! 😂

I didn't like Fabbri turning over the puck a few times on the PP. I saw him completely give up and not go back the other way. But the Wings don't have too many decent options so he'll likely get his share of PP time.

I can respect that. the whole team needs to get some swagger. The decision making just took a dive as things got worse and worse.
