Jerome Iginla should have been a Flyer. I always loved Simon Gagne but Gagne and Iginla were always linked to be traded and a move I would have done without hesitation. Jerome Iginla is one of those players that was always linked to us that makes me think, what could have been? The Ray Bourque deal that never happened. I always think what if Pronger never had a career ending injury. What if Emery was never hurt in 2010. All game changers I think.

Misha was not a bad depth guy to have in the AHL that can plug in time to time. He had some playmaking skill. Hate losing any depth that is still young enough for improvement. The depth chart was filling around him and I think he saw that. Was not going to get much of an offer through FA and with concerns of the AHL season not kicking off means this was a good option for him.

He got his shot but he didn't impress. Best of luck to him in the KHL.

I really hope Rubtsov will stay healthy and make some noise next season. Would be sad to see him KHL-bound too.

He had a good camp/preseason a few years ago. Other than that nothing really comes to mind. Maybe an alright game here and there, but definitely not on a consistent enough basis.
