You're crazy! Hampus and Manson were the Ducks top pairing. Fowler and Gudbranson were good together, too. IF the Ducks get Drysdale he'll more than likely be in San Diego most of the year.

The more I look at the current D corps, I got a feeling Barstool Bob is going to be active trading at the draft. Haven't even talked about Guhle and Larsson, not to mention Hakanpaa, Andersson, and Mahura.

If you get a puck moving D man who is young.. You need the steady influence of a vet who can cover for him... And let Drysdale do his offensive thing to the max..
Hampus is perfect for that.

Josh would do better on the 2nd pair at this point anyway. I think Djoos is better than Cam.. and He and Josh would be formidable.

Guds and Curran or Cam ... or work with the bottom 4 mix and match..

Of course this is all predicated on taking Drysdale @ 6

Totally agree, but there are a lot of draft boards around that say he'll be available. If he's taken, then Rossi is an excellent plan B!

Just a note on this- if Drysdale was selected, he wouldn't be eligible for the AHL next season and would have to head back to the OHL if he wasn't up with the Ducks.

Is it me or do we seem to get a lot of kids that can't play in the A... Seems as though other teams have tons of kids in the A and ours are either with Ducks or back in Jr.

Which leads me to this.. Some of the kids are too good for Jr. but not good enough for the league.. so they get stunted on Dev. or waste a yr in a league that they don't get anything from.

If that's the case with Drysdale put him on the Ducks and live with his mistakes.. that's my take anyways.
