So assuming they sign, you are looking at nearly $40 Mil invested in 4 players. And if things dont work out as expected then Buffalo becomes San Jose of the east, except they havent made the playoffs in years.

It's definitely has had it's challenges in attracting talented free agents for sure. You'd think after a while someone would be willing to sign. It's definitely not unstable ownership that is keeping players away, but I think it's the skills of the ownership on how to get the right people to build a competitive team is what keeps players away.
