Well done Carol.
Yeah those jerseys suck pretty bad. 50 years of team history and we still have that dumb f'n Orca. The modified Stick n' Rink or the flying skate is clearly the way to go.
You don't see the Habs, Leafs, Bruins, Black Hawks, Red Wings, Rangers, Philly and few others messing around too much with their original logos. Simple as some may be tradition should count for something. Stick N' Rink babay!
I can't decide how I feel about the reverse retros. I like the colour scheme, but they remind me a bit too much of the ugly red ones they're based on. Probably need to see them on the ice to know for sure.

I can. They are gross. That was an era of high hopes and crushing disappointment. Thanks for the memories of another promising period that ends in a fiery bus crash.

The Canucks' jersey design is disappointing but it certainly isn't as bad as a few of the others.
What is exciting is that Vegas will finally get their own retro jersey! Usually takes teams decades to get there and they managed to do it in only their 4th season!

After comments were made recently by NBC analyst Pierre McGuire that the NHL and AHL might have to settle for a 35-game season for the 2020-21 season with the pandemic running rampant recently in both the United States and Canada, AHL President and CEO Scott Howson stated that he agreed that both leagues should be grateful if they can even get in a 35-game schedule, according to BostonHockeyNow’s Jimmy Murphy.
“Well, I think a 35-game season is better than no season in any league,” Howson said. “So no I don’t think it’s too low. I think we’re in such a different time right now and whatever we do, whatever any league does, is not going to look good or look perfect. I think it’s going to be a challenge and we’re just gathering as much information as we can and we’re gonna make the best decision we can at the time.”

The good news is the short season takes pressure off to add a RHD unless it somehow falls on JB's lap again. The 2021-22 will come with more cap space and options to upgrade the roster.

21-22 will probably have the same amount of cap space but Van will have more potential upside in the roster.
For me, this is the year to test all the kids in different situations. It's a very strong draft. Don't need to get rid of all the vets and all of them right now but it's time to see how replaceable they are with what's in the system.
What is a matter with all of you, as fans we are supposed to like everything Canucks, which includes the many crappy jerseys, the bad coaches/management and most importantly, Loui Erickson.
