Carol Schram: Will the Canucks be headed back to a hub city? Don't rule it out. Plenty of work still needs to be done on the NHL's return to play plan. That includes setting a structure for roster sizes and taxi squads, and figuring out the salary-cap implications. And Gary Bettman sounded like he was leaning toward the idea of going back to hub cities in at least some locales, where teams can't have fans in the stands.
