I'm a fan of the Cap but it has really hurt trades and the player for player trades. Loved the Turgeon for Patty L deal.

That was a multi-player trade. As good as Pat L. was, the Isles got the better of that trade.

They really did John. I understand Patty being upset with Pickett but the trade really paid off. That's it we need to move Bailey and Nelson for something good like that trade.

The Sutter Lauer for Thomas and Creighton trade was not bad. I really liked Stevie Thomas. Creighton had good size but was soft.

Hopefully Bridge has a decent forward prospect. We need chief to give his scouting report.

Crazy to think we can’t trade anyone from a tram that list in the ECF to the Stanley Cup Champs. Gotta be able to get something, no?
