I see Lafreniere still has 1 point in 13 games. But maybe he'll be a good luck charm in the next lottery.

Fully healthy they have find a way to keep Gautier in the lineup. He drives the net unlike pretty much all the forwards. I’m also afraid he’s the one we lose to Seattle. Almost like Alex Tuch to Vegas (although that may have been a trade), but very similar players. My point is Gautier should be part of the future, I really hope they protect him

DiG and Howden should be the odd men out. Def Howden. You could argue Blackwell or DiG. Rooney better stay in the lineup, he and Lemieux have developed nice chemistry

DiG is a UFA this summer, but id like them to resign him. Unfortunately, you might be right about Gauthier. Him or Hajek would probably be the guys I would target if I were Seattle. Will be interesting to see who is protected.

So if I read that right, ADA is a liar and made his statement up to try and resurrect his career. And if he does get back in the league and makes one mistake then everything said about him is true and everything he said about himself is false. Gee is your pseudonym Adam Herman by any chance. I actually trust Brooks on this article and I can tell people like yourself are hoping and praying that ADA is a racist. I love that Marc Staal who I hated to see be traded came out in his defense, something that not one of his formerly current gutless teammates did. I also hope that Gorton is fired at the end of this year, along with Quinn. If you are going to tell someone that one more incident and they’re gone, you don’t make that incident a minor one between ADA and Georgiev that was physically escalated by Georgiev. And how come no reprimand of Georgiev? You don’t put that blame on ADA you put it on the goalie who apparently can’t take a sarcastic comment. Gee Lundquist who everyone genuflects to used to throw his teammates under the bus regularly. I’m done with my rant. Thanks for reading.

I trust Marc Staal’s word that ADA was a good teammate. ADA falls to the double standard that if you aren’t with them then you will be cancelled. Jokes on Gorton for extending ADA if he was such a problem to the organization LOL. Quinn is not the right guy for this job and never was. Gallant should be called immediately.

Larry Brooks is a liberal beta male and still runs with the Miller story what an asshat. Where’s Boyle to cave his face in which would possibly make him a lot less ugly.

No, that's not what I said. I never said he was a liar, I said what he says has to be taken with a grain of salt based on the history. Please don't put words in my mouth or claim what was my intent or meaning behind what I said. He will be held to a higher standard based upon past history, meaning that if he has a bobble, the impact will be greater than if it was by someone else without the past history. That may be unfair, but unfortunately, how it likely is to go.

And no that is not my pseudonym and my views on this have been pretty clear.

Rangers need to jump all over NJ on Tuesday. What a perfect opportunity to break out of a scoring slump against a team conducting their first practice the day before their first game back. Play with the same grit as Friday, SHOOT THE PUCK, and attack the net. The uglier the goal, the better.

I think the Rangers need to name someone as Captain. No sharing of the A's. A young team needs someone to lead them. This rebuild needs to be guided.

It's time to find an identity as a team and organization:
1) Goodbye Gorton - Hello Drury. This would symbolize the true leadership from the top. Gorton has been fortunate with draft picks, but has overpaid grossly on trades and contracts.
2) Find out what we have with the youth in the organization. This year is a wash; even making the playoffs is out of reach.
3) Parlay assists before trade deadline and draft for true centers. Cannot be a third line team forever.

I think overall Gorton has done a good job. Tore down a older team and rebuilt and restocked the whole system. As for bad contracts all gm’s have a few. I do hang on him not been able to find a center and the TDA saga. I give him a strong B

From the outside looking in CK20 would be the obvious choice. He has tenure, speaks multiple languages and seems well respected. Would there be someone better? The only people who would know is in the organization.

This team lacks a leader, direction and an identity which is something that is sorely needed.

Some people thought this team was going to be a contender instantly. Impossible, you have to learn to lose before you can win. Losing these one goal games sucks but it also increases pressure. Trying hard to get the tying goal. If you are losing by more than a goal, its tougher to manifest that pressure situation.

The defense looks so much better which is a huge step forward. Once the forwards figure out how to score, maybe we can get a good push for the playoffs but in this shorten season, it will be very hard.

LA views Byfield as an exciting young prospect.

You guys viewed Lafreniere as some generational superstar. Oops. Haha.

I kinda disagree with you on this. We got completely blown out on the Mcdonagh and Miller deal. Howden isnt living up to his potential and Names never had a chance. The Stephan trade blew up in our face. The fact that Anderson and Kratsov bailed and the way KK, Howden and Laf have been utilized have me questioning if DQ is the right guy for the job. Yes Fox, Mika and Buch have played well under him but these players are older and not teens. I know Fox was a Rookie but he was also 21.

I think you’re confusing consensus #1 with generational, two very different things. What a miserable existence you must live to go out of your way to troll other teams fans. Who are you mad at?

Hey I’m with you on DQ, didn’t want him hired and think he’s out coached most games. I think all GM’s have bad deals and contracts in their Resume it’s how you deal with them and move on from them. Just my two cents
