Dude, you made me cry a little. God bless you brother. I get grief for showing Kane too much love but he’s the best US player, possibly ever. Would love to see he and Eichel share a line.

Bless you for that. Believe it or not, I directed a worship team for 15 years. It means a lot to hear from so many who have put me in Their prayers. That’s a sacred and beautiful thing.

I deal with depression from a head injury. This year had been horrible. Thanks for being a part of this. It’s a place to blow off steam and maybe forget about everything for a minute

Praying for your recovery and a thinner you. Losing 25 pounds got me off all meds but a little bit of OTC heartburn meds.
I have to hope all brothers to be united under one hockey banner! Great concept!
I still have to wonder what is going on here, it seems the goal-scoring D-man is not playing tonight! Is Stecher hurt???? Why would he e a healthy scratch??????

I have no clue. It can always change at game time. Any odd scratches from now til April 12 will stir trade rumors. I don’t think that’s the case right now. Just bizarre personnel decisions

I haven't a prejudice against either one. But Stevie is waiting for Lane Lambert, and that team may end up in the finals!! Stevie will make the right choice!

Brind’amour is such a rare bird. High level players don’t always make the best coaches. Gretzky used to joke that he wanted to say, “just go out there and do what I would do”. Rod supplemented his talent with an insane work ethic. I’ve also heard that he will do the fitness test with the players. No one on Carolina can out bench press him. He’s in with the guys and has their respect. I’d take that dude in a heartbeat

Thanks BF! Not really. Been a bad week. But, hockey (even bad hockey at times) is a nice distraction. As long as I don’t get too stressed out. I have to watch with the sound off or sit in the dark and just listen to the games for now. Sometimes i can’t do either, but grateful when i can.

Obviously, I did not sign here to go through a rebuild or go through what I did for 10 years in Ottawa. But it is what it is. I think that we need to find a way to build with a core group that we have here and figure out a way how to be competitive here in the upcoming years. I mean, I think after the year we had last year, I think it was pretty, pretty clear that we were not going to be the team that we were maybe the first year that I got here. You know that doesn't take rocket science to figure out.
