The list of names on the team's Covid Protocol list grew to 16 on Sunday, and another name is expected to be added on Monday. But after a long layoff of their own, the Utica Comets finally got back on the ice for practice on Monday.

I think shortening the season for the Canucks would be best. Enough games for the other teams to even up and that's it. Slide them in on points percentage somewhere.

Agree that the outbreak seems likely to greatly reduce the prospects of Canucks making moves at the TDL. I'm not 100% sure this is current, but your three players not on the list looks correct:

I hope the Canucks and all who have caught Covid, all recover fine. It will take some longer than others.
If the team does get back on the ice, I fully expect to see at least 6 players from the minors playing, which is fine by me.

NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly said that the COVID-19 outbreak on the Vancouver Canucks is concerning, but he's confident the team will be able to return to play and finish their 56-game schedule.

Looks like Calgary games are postponed as well.

The NHL has announced some updates to the schedule for the 2020-21 season.
Edmonton at Ottawa, which was initially scheduled for April 9, is now set for Thursday, April 8 at 7 p.m. ET. Edmonton at Calgary, which was slated for May 7, is now scheduled for Saturday, April 10 at 10 p.m. ET, while Boston at Buffalo, which was originally set for 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 20, is now scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. ET.
