I think it has more to do with what RW alludes to. Carter building chemistry with Zucker on the LW that way when Geno gets back, he gets McCann and Kap on his line.

FWIW Pens Inside Scoop has Zucker playing the off RW, not McCann, so unsure who’s right.

Cool. Ive kinda wanted to see how this looks at times, thought he was playing RW in Minny.

This is the first time ever I have agreed with everything (or anything for that matter) that RW has written. Good job.

Zucker is on the right wing, not McCann. He addressed that postgame. Frankly, I like that a lot. Zucker has been in his own head lately. The puck isn't staying on his stick, he isn't getting many chances, but he is still skating well and forechecking. Maybe this change will get him out of that funk and let him concentrate on doing the simple things. Hopefully he gets rewarded with a goal.
