If Gudas (or any other defensemen) is a casualty of Seattle taking him or some kind of trade with Seattle to avoid a certain player being selected, then I think it opens up a spot for Suter. |

He’s older, but I was thinking Suter because you wouldn’t have to give anything up to get him.
Should be able to work out a reasonable contract for some veteran help/stabilization on the backend. |

Wings could take Yandle off your hands without the Panthers retaining salary and even give you the Caps 1st rounder in this draft (22nd overall) IF Spencer Knight comes with Yandle...not like you guys need Knight with Bobrovsky signed for the next 5 years anyways  |
