I’m very impressed with Raty in both zones so far.
I’m really impressed with Dobson. He looks stronger to me along the walls. Off season training looking like it paid off.

I actually paid the $6 to watch the game on ESPN ap.. I was very impressed with Raty and Salo. (I bet $50 on the Isles getting odds so Beau made me not regret the $6).

Dobson is going to have a monster season by the way.

I get the feeling they were ok letting Leddy (and Toews) go b/c they really think he is going to be ready this year. He looked fantastic last night. Had one rush where he tried to do too much but in general looked very good.

Would be very interesting to see if Salo can get some time this year and could be used to keep Chara and Greene fresh. Isles will be in great shape on D for the future if Salo and Bolduc work out and Dobson continues to develop.

Yeah given how well known "Lou's Rules" are, safe to say Bode won't be wearing an Isles jersey as long as Lamoriello is still in charge.

As things stood at the start of camp, he probably wouldn't have been wearing an Isles jersey for quite awhile anyway. He hasn't exactly had a linear path of development so far, lots of raw talent but he hasn't consistently put it together to date.
