It was NOT surprising to see Larsson waived and sent down, he's been a marginal defenseman for a while. What was surprising was that he kept making the team. Really happy for Mahura! He's been plugging away for several years playing great hockey in San Diego, it's nice to see him get his shot. As for Pateryn, I'm assuming he's just a big body who will be used infrequently. At least that's my hope. He was uninspiring during the pre-season.
Saint Archer just came out with the "Mighty Flying V Hazy IPA" and "Fly Together Lager". Duck's marketing team killing it this year teaming up with a beer company knowing that their fans will need as much alcohol as possible to watch their team.
