Two teams with significant but different roster problems tonight. Vegas missing almost all their big guns and depth players are holding it together, Vancouver missing most of their depth guys and big guns poopting the bed.

The Colorado games was reminiscent of the matchups in the mid-late 90’s when Sakic, Foresberg, Kamensky, Ozolinš etc. were terrorizing Canuck net minders.

Turns out we can't just plug in any old AHL vet on a minimum salary.

Baily-Lammiko-Chaisson sucks.

Motte-Sutter-Highmore are more missed than we give them credit.

I still don't know how Chaisson ended up with a contract.

I wanted Lammikko if he hit the waiver wire for free, not for a LHD that the team could clearly use right now. OJ outplayed Hunt in the pre season for me as well.

People want Bailey's speed in the line up but he really doesn't have the greatest hockey brain.

All of this is just icing on the cake of Benning's and Green's roster decisions that have baffled me for some time.
