This is just a sad copy of the Minnesota Wild. And please, does anyone really believe Chuck Fletcher would be an NHL GM if his daddy wasn’t Cliff Fletcher?

Garbage team with no leadership, no scoring threats and horrible ownership.

Look at Shayne Gostisbehere's stats this season compared to every defense the flyers have as far as offensive contributions.

Hopefully the flyers sign no Olympic Medals & No Olympic invites Giroux to an 8 year 80 million $ contract with a NMC

I don't know about if he wouldn't be a GM if it wasn't for his Dad but I think anyone who thinks that Chuck Fletcher is going to wheel and deal this team into a contender is kidding themselves. He's already made a number of colossal errors in my opinon.

Team is slow and plays a poor system for the personnel.

We have one of the most disappointing forward corps in the NHL. Konecny, Farabee, JvR, Lindblom, Laughton, Hayes..these are not forward threats. And not a single forward prospect except for middlin Frost in the AHL.

Unless you're Tampa Bay or Seattle all teams have to guard against what happened last season.

Thank God we passed on Jagr or he would've been part of the Lindros trade. Could you imagine trading Forsberg, Jagr, PLUS for 88? I mean, he was awesome in his prime, but, no.
