Bill, you’d think that this would be a time for Frost to find his footing in the NHL. Let the kid play. Instead this organization continues to show its incompetence. At this point just send him to the AHL now, I’m sure they will once a few more guys are back. |

Do the Flyers consider Hogberg an NHL prospect?
Why does Seeler continue to be carted out there?
Why did they do away with Bud Dry? |

I don't think they are putting him in position to succeed right now.
I'll also add this: Six points in 16 games is meh for a guy who needs to be a point producer BUT he's lost a slew of potential assists on point blank chances he created that simply weren't finished off by the recipient-- one for Atkinson (empty net situation, Flyers on a 6-on-4, Atkinson all alone at the left post), two in the dead slot that Konecny wasn't able to bury, one that Zack MacEwen simply mistimed (game in Seattle), one against Pittsburgh that Brassard couldn't quite finish on the short side, and one against the Sharks where Cam York got tied up at the last moment.
Unlikely that all six of those would have been finished. But if even three had, I don't think people would be complaining about the numbers except those who don't realize that Frost is much more playmaker than goal-scorer.

Thinking about Flyers books... man, I really miss Jay Greenberg
Kind of wondering right now what he'd be writing about regarding the current state of the Flyers, especially with all that's been going on in the last week or two... |

It’s getting tougher and tougher to follow this team, let’s hope they turn this thing around in the off season. Thank you. |

They are still in the denial phase imo. Still have invalid built in excuses.

Let's go boys!
That said, I think we will be seeing the beginning of the end of this season. Can't imagine one extra practice makes something click and everything is fixed. It just feels like we will continue to slip out of playoff contention (10 points out already!!) and deals are made.
Buckle up!! |

Unfortunately the best thing that can happen is for them is to lose a lot more games this season. Maybe that will open up the right persons eyes and hit the reset button. |

Are there any players on this team or in the organization who get anyone excited? Who can you say that player is going to be a star. Just so bland to me. |

Carter Hart
I had hopes for Konecny. Thought he could be a poor man's Marchand. Now I'm not even sure he's a poor man's Gallagher. |

So this game's on ESPN? Just regular old ESPN or do I need to jump through hoops to watch it? |
