With two goals in the game and a truly incredible play to Finnish out the game in overtime, there may be a bit of PTSD seeing the the 6’5” 216lb left wing take to the ice again.

I don't think they could fit JT Miller into the payroll without messing up something else big time.

I hope they don't come out thinking that the Blues are going to be easy tonight, based on two domininant games in a row. A 2-0 or 3-1 score in our favor would be ideal. Don't try to set a new(er) record for shots on goal in this game, try to supress shots from the Blues and play steady in front of Vladar.

The top line is producing very well, we still have issues in the middle 6, so don’t eat too many words. Dube needs to find a way to put that puck in the net, Monahan has looked better the last 4 games, Backlund had a goal last night but I honestly can’t remember when he scored before that, Lucic been fine, Coleman has been a lot better since our trip to Florida, Mang with that goal last night hopefully get him on a roll.
I’d be concerned about Anderson as well, 1 goal getting primary power play time isn’t enough.
Great to see some wins, stupid Covid and the schedule has been horrible this year.
Let’s see how they respond to a pissed off Blues team.

Yah good point, I just meant as a team and a whole we are starting to convert on our chances. There are certainly issues in our lineup as you highlighted.

Agreed that Covid has been frustrating for the Flames, but adversity can lead to positive results in the long run. the Flames have battled through Covid, the resulting schedule challenges and have come out on the other side with some positive results. Hopefully one product of these challenges is a stronger team mentality.
