His play "of late" has been going on for a long time now. He had a few rough games early on, then got hurt, but has been great ever since. 16-0-2 in his last 18 games. People who actually follow the Avs already know this. It's just media who keep writing stories about MAF or Price or Jake Allen coming to Colorado. Colorado doesn't need a new starting goaltender. Colorado needs a good third option for when Kuemper and Francouz somehow end up injured in the playoffs (just like has happened to other various goaltenders for Colorado over the past several years).
