Congrats brink!! Nice victory! Shafted with the hobey Baker award and now has to play for this cellar dweller team this season.

I will say that with the youth movement the future definitely looks brighter than this season did

I'm ready for change

It will be interesting to see how Brink develops. The best thing about him is he’s 20 playing against guys 22-25 and leading the nation in scoring. His college play resembles Oshie the way he’s more playmaker winger than scorer and his hustle. His skating isn’t great but he has time to develop that. Brink will have to get stronger to play along the boards and in traffic in the NHL.

What a dumpster fire this team is defensively. On the Grant goal, the number of mistakes made are staggering.

His skating is fine. Good shiftiness, explosive first steps, good edges. He gets to where he needs to go quickly. His top gear is still not fantastic, but it's not like players are constantly moving at top speed anyway.

The rest of his skill set is pretty awesome. Dogged on the puck, smart, strong instincts, good hands, solid playmaker and scorer. His vision has really matured.

The only thing he really needs to overcome is his size.

Disagree. He needs to overcome the flyers incompetence as well.

Excellent loss by the Flys, snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Turned the game off when they were up 2-0, couldn't bear to watch their chances of a better draft pick dissipate into thin ice. Good job BB and the DUPs.

The kings of blowing 2 goal leads. When was the last time this team came back to win a game when they trailed by 2+ goals at any point?

Are the Flyers going to change the way they develop players/do things next year or are they going to do the same things but expect different results?

Only saw parts of the game last night cause there are better things to do most nights. I did happen to see that masterful play by Frost though. Gives up the puck in his own zone on a bad drop pass and then hustles back to break up the play to his credit, but then he commits a terrible blunder by sending a weak back hand pass to no one right up the middle of his own zone. As Al Morganti said, WTF was he thinking. He's being given every chance to succeed, and he needs to produce more and stop making bonehead plays like the one I just mentioned. Thanks!

It will be status quo, outside of replacing Yeo with a recycled bum.

I just got done padding Provorov on the back for his work in the offensive zone too…

Are you going to mention the pinpoint pass from behind the net out to Sanheim on the first goal, the spin move and pass to JVR to start what would have been a tic-tac-toe goal sequence if Konecny hadn't slam-dunked it off the post rather than into the open side of the net, the two takeaways on one shift, the PP sequence he started where Attard got picked by Stolarz's glove, the way he turned Fowler inside out on a shift in the third period.... or are you only going mention one of the two bad shifts he had last night?

York alone had two misplays on that sequence. And Frost let Grant get away from him. That's three right there.

He's making some nice plays and I saw the first 2 plays that you mentioned, but I didn't see any of the third period.

Kjell Samuelsson needs to go imo. Not sure why he was promoted to head of player development when he couldn’t even develop D men properly.

Oh yeah, it’s probably because he’s part of the country club. 🤮

Two forwards went out to cover the same puck carrier high in the zone. The puck is deep in the Flyers zone and JVR decides to break out in the neutral zone or further. Who knows how far he went because he took forever to get back in the play. Where the hell is he going? It's his point man who makes the pass through a wide open passing lane to Grant. Just an embarrassing sequence overall.
