do the canes win the tiebreaker with the rangers if they are tied at the end but with more row wins ? would the canes rather face bruins or the pens ?

i believe they have the tie breakers on the rangers, i think they should beat either team but now the goaltending comes into question

The Canes have played real well against Boston this year but that was mostly when Boston had injuries to Bergeron and Marchand was suspended.

Pittsburgh does not seem to be coming into the playoffs with much momentum. Although you really don't want to be playing against the multiple Stanley Cup winners of Crosby, Malkin and Letang in the playoffs, I still think Pittsburgh's goaltending is weaker and a better match-up for the Canes.

I don't think it matters much which team you play.

End of the day you're going to have to beat strong teams all the way through.
