I would agree but we need to see what we have in these young guys and they need to play. It will be another year of Frost looking over his shoulder and playing 13 minutes because he gambled on a 50/50 puck. There’s a ton of young guys that could use some ice time. Instead the vets will be trotted out, Thompson re signing on the way.

Why would he want to come back? He is a free agent who can offer his services to a team that can contend for the cup.

Torts may not be the best choice, but the Flyers need a disciplinarian type coach. Hopefully the Flyers will get a coach that will actually get the Flyers skating at the drop of the puck, instead of sleepwalking the first 2 periods? That has been going on for too many years.

Not sure if G would return to Philly, but if he does, it better be a cap friendly contract.

Flyers need to purge the roster of pretty much all the pre Chuck players. Start from scratch.

The current group will wilt under that type of coach!!! They have had enough diff coaches. It is time to change the players.
