I think Montreal messed up the first round pick.. Wright was the right guy to take.

Any d-man being compared to Quinn Hughes I'm willing to take a chance on. If Hutson was 5'10" he would have been drafted in the first round. The league is full of specialists now, be it PP or PK. Over a PPG is hard to ignore

I spent some time on Internet searching over that syndrome and I also have a friend who we called the midget that finally grew during grade 12… to even taller than me( I am 5-11 today)…

So I thin that the kid we picked can get around 5-10 which is not Chara but paired with a big guy like Ghule, would bring so much to the Habs who are lacking that type of PPlay quarterback…

Time will tell but Habs took a risk and I hope it will payoff…

The second first round pick is more bothering me than that…

Awe. Still crying patty?

Maybe bring a doctors note to HB saying you’ll get smarter in a few years.

I know many people grow late. My son was a skinny shrimp all his younger years. After 17 he grew a ton and is now 6’2” 210.

But no one drafts a player based on hoping he grows more due to some explanation of some syndrome. That’s just plain stupid.

*sigh*

no, they don't draft him because of that, the point was it would be silly for the player not to mention it at all. but you're too (frank)ing stupid to understand this.

All kids at the draft have not reached their full growth. They’re still kids. Most of them will grow taller and fill out more after the draft.

On a side note, I like the pick... in fact, I think thye did a fairly solid job at the draft, with picks and trades.

By this time next week, I think we can better view to judge all the major changes going into next year.

Should be a fun week.

(And if they manage to trade Drouin, gonna be drunk til opening night).

lol, that would be impressive, but I'm guessing there are more chances of him being traded during the season, if he starts putting a few points on the board (in both columns, preferably...)

I don’t want to disappoint you but apart Petry, I am not expecting many significant changes…

If Petry leaves, we can expect a cheaper experienced D coming… Maybe Chiarot…
