Thanks Carol. If Canucks were 20 points not 6 points out of a playoff spot last season. I'd be a bit annoyed that they can't get in on these change for the sake of change trades.

Most have preached draft and develop since the start. Maybe time to let that happen.

Nice to have an inside take but Faber's assessments of players have just never seemed to align with managements. He's too rose coloured for his fav draft picks and fav interviewers.

Great deal for Pitt, Petry will do amazing as a 2nd pair RHD behind Letang. Still think he’s one of the better all-round D-men in the league when healthy

Not sure who will be at the Langford beer fest, but:

I just picked up some Salted Lime Lager from Category 12, just down the street from me, a tasty summer quaffed.

As far as IPA goes, if you aren’t into the high alcohol, super hoppy (bitter) beers, the new hazy ipa category is an easy one to enjoy. Typically they use (a lot of) aromatic hop varieties that give fruity/citrus character, aren’t too bitter but definitely taste like beer.

I also quite like beers labeled “citra pale ale”, again it’s the citra hops give it a grapefruity aroma.
