Pancetta in a cast iron skillet, when slightly crispy ad the pancetta and then some honey.

One of the few things I knew about my dad having been in the war (WW2) was that he would never ear Brussel sprouts again. So, in honour of his memory Iâll do the same. Thank god it wasnât pasta |
