I was there last week. Kind of nice seeing the guys play, but the ice was way too small, barely any place to make plays. Anderson was intense, his speed really showed on that mini-ice. Drouin seemed to be going through the motions, there was no spring to his step. They were all going easy, but him even more so. Suzuki seemed to have a lot of fun, trying things and having a smile throughout. I'm not going tonight, it's a bit early with work and managing three boys for two hours is not easy near the end (especially the youngest, the other two are watching the games, but the three year old couldn't care less! ).

Def not a full size rink but good enough for 3 on 3. Thought the same about Drouin when i went, did he shoot much when you went? Im just really curious to see Slaf up close and how he interacts with others on the ice.

heard that Drouin said his wrist will never be the same, that he has to adjust his game accordingly. Not looking good for him if he can't shoot the puck.

Yeah apparently Lecavalier spoke with him about it since he went through the same thing but not being the same and purposely not shooting are not the same thing... thought it was worrying when i watched him at the start of the month...but oh well at least it's the last year of his contract
