Let me be clear: I don't need to see Robo Penguin every game. I don't even need to see Robo Penguin once a week. I just need to know that Robo Penguin is an option. Let me tell you everything I love here:
The gradient switch on the chest, complete with no stripes to stripes on the other side.
Stripes on each arm sleeve that are completely different from each other.
The gray triangle shoulder box with neon yellow stripes.
The fact that the stripes on the socks match nothing else on the uniform.
It's a robot penguin who looks like he might be one of the enemies from the original Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega Genasis.
And that's just the black jersey! |

The real question is how will Cagguila (or Caligula as he's sometimes referred to, apparently) and Archibald look in these while they're running around hitting people and scoring goals? |

I’ve given his NHL stats several times already. Biden can read a teleprompter better than you can read!
- sjfpp
His NHL stats are from when he was 25. Not his past 3 seasons. You're just putting way to much into thinking they will be game changers for us in the bottom 6. I mean I hope it does, I'm not rooting against it by no means I want the team to have success. So I hope you're right but the chances are like throwing a chip on number 15 on a roulette table. |

If they use this one it will be white, if they use the white one it will be black so you wouldn't get just that jersey straight up haha.

They should have kept robo penguin as the secondary logo on the shoulders, like they did with the very first third jersey that went back to the skating penguin logo in the Vegas gold's. |

Honestly if they do a white version of that black one and do it up right without the bullpoop grey, I could be down with that. I'd rather them change that jersey than the white one. The white one is perfect as is. |

This is a great article. I enjoyed the Bruins one the most:
The vacant expression on the face of the bear, thanks to two miniscule dots that are supposed to be eyes. The bear claw (?) marks along the arms and waist/back of the jersey. The unnecessarily large shoulder stripe with equally unnecessary white and black trim. The massive 'BRUINS' wordmark covering up the bottom of said shoulder stripe, which is shockingly the most foul part of the whole thing. THE WHOLE DAMN COLOR OF THE JERSEY. This uniform is the peak of excess and gluttony, and god damnit do I adore it. I'm shameless, and I've never needed to see a jersey on the ice again more than I need to see this one.
And, of course, because it's all too-painfully true:
The Flyers current set is one of the best in the league, but these would be a solid addition to the rotation once Philly finds an identity that isn't double-digit losing streaks. |

"The three-peat was denied and it was the year they changed jerseys, but the Penguins had a horrible owner and Mario Lemieux’s health was always spotty even before the jersey change. Both more problematic than a jersey change."
Why was Howard Baldwin "horrible"? Granted, the team went into bankruptcy when he left but Roger Marino had a lot to do with that I think. He tried to keep most of the stars in town, treated Mario really well, helped end the lockout in 95. He did hand out too much money in contracts and failed to get a new arena when he should have. But I wouldn't say thats horrible. Nutting is horrible. |

One of the worst? I wouldn't go that far. That like 4 year window was bad but definitely worked out. It's crazy to think that since 1984 one of Mario, Jagr, Sid, Geno were playing on this team so we've had a generational player playing on this team since 84. Kinda hard to complain haha. |

Yea some don't, especially sits sour with lots because they changed the jersey while going for the 3 peat. I don't want it back full time on the chest but honestly would love it on the shoulders as a secondary logo. |

Honestly I just can’t believe any hockey team hasn’t stolen the Thrasher Magazine Logo like every other non skateboarding related commercial entity has. |

Been here 11 years and I've never seen a single post from you before, but now you're here to educate all us dummies on the greatness of some 4th line scrub. You must have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night lol

Nice, if that could translate to the NHL that would be a huge bonus for the bottom 6. |
