Bergevin tried to isolate the team more than other GMs before him, even from the habs alumni, but that also kinda sounds made-up. with that logic Molson would've had to revoke access from basically every media, as Bergevin received criticism from almost anyone covering the habs.

Not really. We've had salute gate, hot dogmageddon, Marner's dad is a terrorist cancer, Laine is better than Matthews who is heartless, injury riddled and leaving as a UFA, Tavares is dead, Nylander is a wussy, etc. etc.

We all like when these stories are on another teams bumhole media because if there's one thing both fanbases can relate to...is an assholish insane media.
