Fox. Though Makar is easily the best right now.

Now make an evaluation of which one is better defensively. They do play defense. I think one is better than the other.

Quinn Hughes is pretty good when he's healthy, but he's too small to stay healthy defending in the NHL. Even with the modern rules he's too fragile to play D.

Side Note of Interest:
Both Hughes and Fox are a among a select group of only 9 Current NHL players who are Jewish. (1 of the other 7 is Quinn’s brother Jack, and another is another young American star D-man Jacob Chychrun)-Ek

Very sly Chychrun inclusion, Ek.

My count is seven current Jewish players. Hughes,Hughes, Hyman, Zucker, Fox, Chychrun and Kunin. Neither Friedman, Demers and Nate Thompson are on NHL rosters. No?

Little known fact...Jacob Chychrun was born in Egypt. He escaped captivity with the rest of the Israelites thousands of years ago. David Poile was there too.

That's why he's fond of joining the Cairo Ice Blades and they are ALWAYS in the mix when if comes to trade talks.

Really?! Ancient Philadelphia is in Turkey. How did Jacob’s father get there? Did Poile go to Turkey too?

Well Quinn apparently got his latest injury in the mosh pit at the Elton John concert…no joke.

So he’s a real durable guy…

yes we know. It was a joke about how frail he is.

Do we need special font or something for when we’re being sarcastic?

IIRC, Andre Burakovsky would be the 8th.

For some reason whenever I see Quinn Hughes I think he just fell out of a Charles Richardens* novel.

'ello Guvnah!

*The author of Great Expectations is apparently a forbidden subject here. Yes I know why it changed, no need to explain.

Rangers fans are gonna be testy about this one

Quinn Hughes puts up points but is flat out awful defensively. Fox is a top five d-man in the league. Terrible comparison
