Would maybe make sense as a rental closer to TDL. Metro is in a deep division and Capitals could easily miss the playoffs. |

Does Washington's interest in Horvat have an expiration date like NYI did? I'm still struggling to understand that rumour (ie NYI have big interest in Horvat, but the deal must be done in the next 3 days or else something something). That sure is a way to be right.
a) If NYI makes that deal in those 3 days you're credited for breaking the news
b) If no deal occurs, well, I did say they would move on after 3 days.
c) If NYI happens to acquire Horvat now, well, I reported all along that this was in the works, but I guess negotiations stretched out
No matter what. You're right. Brilliant actually. I'll be watching for Horvat to either sign an extension in Vancouver, or end up somewhere not named NYI or Washington. Carolina makes far more sense. Could be Detroit as well if they get some assurance of an extension. |

American Thanksgiving is also fake.
Will your new website have contests with real prizes?
Will NHL teams visit your site to view projected standings?
Will you go on TV on trade deadline day and make phone calls to Mike and Russ?

If it’s so easy to build and maintain a website like this and also hit on a large percentage of rumors then by all means just go ahead and start one. What’s stopping you?
No one is forcing you to come here. Unless I’m wrong and someone is actually forcing you to go to hockeybuzz. I suppose that’s possible… that is all |

American thanksgiving is fake? Can you please slide over to the flyers chat so we can discuss the validity of American thanksgiving and also why Risto has bad analytics even though he has had two good games in a row?

Thanksgiving is a myth propagated by the Big Turkey globalist elites to make money for their shareholders and the uber-corrupt turkey farmer lobby in Washington |

Yes the story about a friendly tribe inviting the English explorers to a friendly dinner and teaching them how to survive is a complete joke. But it works well for kids pageants and its a feel-good story.
The hard truth. Before the English arrived, many tribes were in the midst of bloody, terrible wars with each other. The Wampanoag tribe was nearly wiped out by war and disease. But along came the English. That was a lifeline. We'll make peace with them to help withstand the advances of tribal rebels. It was an alliance based on convenience rather than some altruistic friendly cooperation.
Later, as the early Protestant population became the minority with the influx of Catholics and other groups, the myth about this feast between settlers and Indians was a way to establish that the true founders of the country were the white protestants. You newcomers are welcome to the USA but don't forget who were "blessed" by the Indians to take over.
Its all fake. Learn your history. Good blog. |
