Wild going 19-5 the rest of the way! They can’t score. MAF and Gus need many shutouts.

February 24th, 2023. The Buffalo Sabres end the night in a playoff spot, and the Boston Bruins just felt an ulcer forming.

Strange that NYI miss the playoffs in these projections. The story here was that Lou made a sneaky good move. Horvat would transform NYI into the team that finished last year as the top team in the East. All the experts who questioned giving up a 1st weren't getting it. But then they still miss anyway?

Sabres absolutely need to figure out what it would take to get Tom Wilson from Washington. The liberties other teams are taking on Dahlin will eventually catch up to him. Peyton Krebs is not a deterrent, love his fearlessness but if perennial playoff appearances are in their future, they need an element of fear on that bench.

4 teams in the Pacific to finish with 100+ points, give me a break Ek, are you on crack! The Wild with 107 points!! Try the Avalanche with 107! The Oilers will atleast grab second or third, I wouldn't be surprised if they overtake the Knights. Last year to get a WC spot in the West 97-98 points was good and I don't see it being any different this year.
