I thought the Penguins simply missing the playoffs was the ultimate low for this team, but here we are. |

This one was barely skimmed by my eyes.

Here's what's to understand: Its scripted, and choreographed, but its also athletic and there is potential for injury, however there aren't many injuries because its choreographed. Very, very different from actual real wrestling such as Olympic wrestling. |

So since it's scripted it's essentially a TV show, right? So my whole thing is that it seems to be an insanely dumb show. |

A scripted reality show about oiled up burly men yelling at and groping each other. |

Any Bruins game that does not end with Brad Marchand decapitated is a Bruins game not worth watching. |

It’s a lot less scripted than people would have you believe. It’s kind of like a Pens PP, there’s a basic outline but eventually every player just floats up high and plays tiddlywinks with the puck instead of planting Carter right infront if the net and blasting shots away. |

I thought wrestling nowadays was about looking like a roided up maniac (which may be closer to the truth than it should be), walking into the ring to read from a script, then coming back out later on to physically wrestle for a few minute, then go do a line of coke backstage before driving home in your BMW.
There was DEFINITELY a script dating back to at least the days of Hogan/Macho Man/Ultimate Warrior/etc. but it was at least mostly just interviews with Mean Gene and then the bulk of it was actually in the ring wrestling. Even in the Stone Cold/Rock days, it was a good mix. |

So I thought this was going to be about what players in the NHL are currently "elite," the best of the best. My list would be (in some sense of order):
McDavid
Matthews
Makar
Draisaitl
Kucherov
Tkachuk
Pastrnak
MacKinnon
J. Hughes
Rantanen
Marner
Point
Kaprizov
Just missed:
Crosby
Ovechkin
Hamilton
Robertson
Panarin |

But the game ending with Jack Edwards sounding disappointed is a close second. |

Your list is solid, but if I needed to pick a player to win me a game, I'd pick Crosby ahead of about 2/3 that list.

Man I really hope they push a game 7...hope it happens in all the remaining series
This might be the most playoff hockey I've ever watched. When the Pens are in I'm emotionally invested into them and their series. I will watch some other games here and there but I tend to take watching breaks between the Pens games for the most part. Ive been watching non-stop since it started this year. Most of the games I've at least seen a bit. Its just stress free high stakes hockey hahah...I have to say though as someone watching totally subjectively this year...the refing and ruling has been mostly f'n garbage in all sorts of ways. |

I get it it’s cool to act like you don’t like it but most of you watch football which is basically the same thing only more scripted and less athletic. |

Imagine Mcdavid, Pasternak McKinnon Robertson, and the Canes eliminated in the first round. |
