That's true. I forgot to factor in that the pipeline was, indeed, full.

Once thought as a long shot to make it to the NHL or even to get an entry-level contract, the 22-year-old is entering his senior season as the co-captain of the Golden Gophers and with another good year a likely candidate to get signed by the Leafs after the NCAA season.

Excluding 2 or 3 guys, they're all sub 5'10". So it's not as easy a task as it might seem.

Crazy. Was checking about salary cup stuff and such and we're about 3 million over the cap with 23 players. Sens have about 900k in space with 18 players. Yet people say we're (frank)ed cap wise (and we are lol).

I think the bolded get sent to the Marlies because they both can be sent to the AHL without losing them and the first call ups for injured forward.

Makes sense. Robertson time is about here. Hope somehow he makes the team, he's either a keeper or we need to move on.
