Maybe Terry should get his head out of his a$$ and hire a President that knows the game. Clearly a Pegula in the Presidents chair has not accomplished anything in a decade. Winning starts at the top and Terry doesn’t have the experience or knowledge to build a successful franchise.

So, they were not able to check the ego at the door and look at their track record of incompetence as a reason to just to be a little humble. There is a difference between “trying” vs acting like you’ve won 3 cups back to back and have made the playoffs year in, year out.

Well he already got 1 check for like 240mill and over the next 10yrs the teams will be sharing another 9 billion. So what's that about 280mill a team more over the next 10yrs.

Buffalo is one of the most passionate hockey cities in North America. Normally, the area ranks as one of the top markets for tv viewership of the nhl playoffs and the city’s team has not been there for over a decade.

If you put a competent front office, coaching staff and a team that gives a modicum of consistent effort in, you will have no problem getting the fans back.

The market is there, Terry has just driven it to indifference. If you build it, they will come.

Did you see the movie "Savages", she pretty wild in that one.

I’m not sure Carl has that kind of cash. But it depends if they think they “know” hockey or hire the right people, set the budget and let hockey people, do hockey things.

Terry has never hired a GM with GM experience. The closest we got was Patty and as soon as Patty wasn’t going to be a yes man, he was canned.
