Karine Hains: In Hainsight: Just What the Doctor Ordered... for the Sharks San Jose turned up in Montreal having lost 12 games in a row and trailing the Habs in the standings by 19 points, but it didn’t stop the Canadiens from handing them the win on a silver platter.

tks Karine!

Dans 37 de leurs 42 matchs, les Sharks ont obtenu moins de tirs que l’adversaire. Heureusement que le Canadien est là, car deux des cinq « exceptions » ont eu lieu contre lui.

Indeed.

It's a little slower but at least they understand what playing defense is AND they also score goals.

What a "concept" !

Some individuals are getting better, the team isn't.

I think St-Louis could use an experience coach as an assistant, a system guy to stop playing like headless chickens out there.

So a team that should be drafting top ten next draft loses to the team that should be drafting first......and there were mistakes everywhere.....why is anyone surprised?

It is clearly just one bad game.....in the dog days of the season....nothing more.

Trade a goalie (Allen) when it is the correct deal, not before. And stop with the 'ruining his development' story.....nobody is being ruined.

agreed on all counts, except for the development part, Primeau has been looking very good, they're not "ruining" him but this situation isn't something you want for him either, it's far from ideal for a young goalie. hopefully he continues to play as he has been so far despite the 3 goalie rotation.

I see it as a bit of a benefit for a young goalie. He plays, then has days to digest the game, work on any issues that were seen in the game, all without the pressure of possibly playing again right away. Primeau hasn't looked this good previously, so something is working, eh

I do agree it isn't ideal, but it also might not be the disaster many believe it to be.
