This was the first game that Lyon was off a bit and was probably his worst game of the season. Very important that Lalonde goes back to him next game. Team over all played not bad and should have at least got a point.

Am I disappointed? Certainly. We all are. The 2d was devastating. But this wasn't Lyon's doing completely. I watched several lapses in defense that resulted on DAL scoring. This was fully a TEAM loss....

Need to stay with Lyon. Reimer looked pretty good considering he's been off for a week or more. Yeah, the loss sucked, but The Cat potted one, Reimer looked ok. The whole team was off their game tonight.

No time to sit and dwell on this one. Team didn't play a full 60 minutes... so this is what you get. Won't work on a great team like Dallas. Lyon had probably his worst game this year... but he's been effective for quite a long stretch. Keep him in goal Thursday and he'll work through it. Last thing we need is the stupid goalie rotation LaLonde was using. Lyon has established himself as the bonafide starter. It should be his job to lose at this point. The hope is that he'll auto-correct and play well on Thursday. LaLonde needs to show the same confidence in him like he did with Husso.. (except Husso is not a #1 caliber goalie... not by a longshot) and Lyon is.

Reimer needs some game action too! Even if it is just to be able to be traded at the TDL for a good return.
