When you trade as many picks as the Rangers have traded, this is the shortcut way to replenish the cupboard a bit

It's amazing to see the NYR have 12 skaters (not including Igor) on this roster that are home grown and developed. Hopefully they can continue to draft well because that has improved mightily from years past.


Edit: I consider guys like Fox & Lindgren home grown although they weren't drafted by us
