i love how hockey fans are usually saying stupid, stupid (did i mention stupid?) poop to each other about "how much better my team is than yours!" (among other things) and here we are politely declining the points and requesting the other team take them.

that's the Canadian way, we are nice people. Flyers need the Pts for the playoffs push...only 1pts out but played an extra game....so those 2pts are important for the Flyers.
