Tij and Eiserman won't make it to 15, if so great! Either one
Just knock it off with Michael Brandsegg-Nygard, he is exciting as watching paint dry.
Konsta Halenius, Liam Greentree, Jirecek, Hage, look good. I like the thought of a power forward being drafted and that would be Greentree! Wings really need a big skilled net driver! And let him wear his #66!!!

Did some perusin' of the innerwebs, saw ton of mocks.....with The Captain, ya don't know what's gonna happen, that's for sure.

Greentree, Catton, Sennecke. Eiserman won't make it to 15. Iginla? Meh. Think we've seen enought of former player's off-spring to know they're VERY hard to project. Aside from the Ta-chucks, of course. This Catton kid seems to be fairly impressive. Sennecke's speed and down-low play moves the needle for sure.

Picking 15th sucks. We're right on the cusp of "Meh" territory.

That may well be true. Just laying out what 8 different people suggested. It was a crazy amount of differentiating. I think that’s why 5 of them had Nygard. They assume he’ll be there. On draft day I’ll type out the list and we can see if anyone was right

You know these aren’t my picks, right? I just did a summary of 8 different mock drafts and 5 of them had Nygard. There’s a chance none of these drafts get it right. Nygard just had the most mentions by a long shot in these

I have no idea who will be there, but I think that’s why 5 of them had Nygard. No one is worried about him being off the board. You said it right, Yzerman has his own internal list. These are just the guesses of a handful of the mock drafts

As bad as the Wings draft luck is, the Pistons are the team from the state of Michigan with the worst draft luck. Worst team in the league two years in a row and gets the #5 pick both years.

I'm kind of warming up to the idea of Dean Letourneau at 15th even if it would be a bit of a reach at that pick if Iginla and Eiserman are off the board.

Dean Letourneau is a 6'7, 209 pounds right handed shooting center that can skate well, good playmaker and has a great shot. Some compare him to a Tage Thompson. A high risk/high reward type of pick. His ranking is anywhere from 20's of the 1st round to a 2nd round pick because he didn't play in the CHL or USHL. He played at St. Andrew’s College — a prep school in Ontario recording 127 points in 56 games.

"While his size is an added bonus, Letourneau plays with great skill. He is an explosive skater with great agility, displays great skill with the puck, and has a lethal shot with a high rate of power. Letourneau has been working on his strength, his first three strides, and his play from the puck, which would make him an all-around dominant player. Letourneau is universally praised as a good teammate and is always positive, yet he is also highly competitive in practically everything he does."

Imagine a line with him centering Soderblom and Ras or something like that. That would probably be the biggest line in NHL history, a real monster line.

That would be a fireable offense.
