I think that’s also a symptom of the score. Shots were 23-15 through two periods. Canucks just seem to sit back a bit too much when they have the lead, and the Oilers press it hard. But watching the third, most of those shots were from the outside and weren’t super dangerous. Just a high volume. But agree, it’s not a good recipe to win

Meh, doubtful. They didn’t even fine the guy for spearing Hoggy’s nuts pretty blatantly. Or Kane’s slew foots. Think it would be a bit of a reach to suspend him for that from what they’ve set out… but it’s the DOPS so you never know, they could Rome him for touching the golden baby

Nice win for the boys. If the league is looking at anything for Soucy, they better be looking at something for McDavid and his 2 handed slash

Agreed, although the referee thought it was so vicious, he assessed Soucy with a 2 minute penalty for cross-checking at the end of the game.

Nothing will happen, nobody was injured and it was pretty much the result of a scrum at the very end of the game and McDavid having fallen the wrong way then getting pissed about losing and being a sore loser.
