They need Chytil in the lineup consistently. Another scoring threat
- Slimtj100

Here we go, you are going to give Chytil all the attention now. They won the Presidents trophy without him. This team needs a killer instinct. Its the same story, incredible power play no 5v5 play. Same culprits as usual. Zib, CK20, Panarin, Fox, 3rd and 4th lines not contributing poop!! What a mess.

This is why Im a pessimist about this team.

Sometimes you have to give the other team credit. They were 20 mins away from elimination and turned it up in the 3rd and took it to the rangers. Rangers weren’t playing with the same desperation. Now they have to. I am confident we see their best effort in game 6. Finally get to face some adversity. Playoffs aren’t meant to be easy

It’s put or shut time again. Like last year and years before. I get the negativity but let’s see what THIS team is made of, this isn’t last year or the years before. They have two games to put some of that to bed

And YES BRUKIE, Chytil would help ….you big fat loudmouth dooshbag

Agree, but this has last year's Devil's series juju all over it...even with a different coach. Unless Kreider, Panarin, Zibby, and some others are willing to lay their bodies on the line and lay some hits, they arent' winning anything..even IF they get past Canes.

Pasta is no tough guy, but he is doing it ALL out there for the Bruins. If our top players played with his fire..this series be over. Only time Kreider looks engaged is after he scores, besides that..ZERO. Same with ZIB, Bread...Pansies!!!!!!!!

Shesty is mortal and can't win every game for them. I think the Rags will still find a way to win this series but Florida is a whole different animal. Time to step it up.

It’s like the NY mafia walked into their dressing room after game 3 and said “you’re winning too much, we need this to go to game 7. Back off boys.”

I get it...Canes playing for their lives, and matched with their style of play...its hard to keep up w/ them, but Holy Hell!!!! Game 6 is why Lav was hired...Lets see if the boys put on their big boy pants and do whatever it takes to win. The Fuuucking weak arse shiiiiit is why they get no real respect.

TPC, respecrfully I disagree.

I want you to imagine the Rangers are down 3-1 in a series and then in Game 5 of that series they give up a SHG to open the scoring. The Rangers lose that game 100% of the time.

I saw JRR last night. Idk if he's wrong or right. But he's not alone. I thought the same thing. That 3rd period was carbon copy of: Game 7 in 2015, Game 6 in 2017, Game 5 in 2022, and games 4, 5, & 7 in 2023. To be that unprepared, flat, and meek is unacceptable.

Last night was battle of who has championship mentalities. The Rangers don't.

ZIB - Puuuuuusy.

Kreider - Pusssssy. Don't care how many tip goals he gets. Lay someone the fuuuck out!!!!!!

Bread - bare down on the puck..make smart plays..get it deep

These 3 HAVE to do MORE..period!!! Ask my kids and my teams all the time...what do you do for your team when you aren't scoring? Those 3 bone heads do nothing

Killer instinct is when you have your opponent down, you finish them off. This team, as of now, as constructed doesnt have it.

They let them win 2 games now, this happened last year too!!

Hopefully different outcome, we will soon see.

The hope (I know you are in short supply of that) is that the Rangers as a team were pissed at how they played against the Devils...they came out this season and played with a chip on their shoulder. They lost that chip a little cruising through the first round and going up 3...even with the flaws in their game.

Again the hope is they regain that chip and show us....Thursday will tell a lot.

I don’t blame people for thinking this way but I think we need to give this seasons group a chance. They cake walked through the caps series and played well to get a 3-0 series lead here. They haven’t faced any pressure or adversity yet. Like someone said Lavy was brought in for this reason. Let’s give them a chance to show what they are made of in a game 6 and or 7.

The next 2 games will show for sure. They blow it everyone has every right to rip them to shreds. But I really want to see what they are made of with their backs to the wall. We get to see Thursday night
