Lose this game the Panthers go down in NHL history for the greatest choke job ever. Tons of pressure

Gonna be interesting to say the least.

Either the Panthers rediscover their balls and play an uptempo, physical game from the first puck drop or they go down in history as one of the all time chokers.

Win, and all everyone will remember, is the Cup and the parade. Lose, and you can damn well guarantee that there will be major changes to the Panthers roster this offseason.

I’m a Flyers fan but, as a Florida resident, I’ll be pulling for the Cats to rediscover their mojo tonight and bring the Cup to the Sunshine State!

Do you need to say this, or something very similar to it, in every blog?

Everyone knows that this could be the case. Game 7s are a coin flip though. Could come down to bounces going one way or the other.

They looked to be a bit gassed, perhaps really banged up too. Barkov hasn't been the same since he had his bell rung. Bob looks leaky. I still think this a very potent team though and not so sure it needs a massive amount of changes with it getting to the finals, which is a major accomplishment in itself, two seasons in a row.

Making my largest bet of the season on the OILERS. Cats have folded like a cheap suit and fallen like a house of cards

As a wise man has said "The Cats look as nervous as a Duck in the Desert"

Superbowl tonight. 1 game winner takes all. Put up or shut up.
I have been prepping myself for disaster since we got our crap pushed in in game 4. so I really am just going to watch tonight and thats that. The absolute worst part is the Edmonton coworkers that I will have to deal with until any of us die or quit. the 2nd worst part has already been happening with the sports outlets speaking jibberish because their cheeks have been so full of Mcdavid man-butter

That Barkov hit really did turn things around. It's going to go down to the normal cliches...

They lose: "Injuries are not an excuse to use, but it did affect him and he was only x% for the series."

They win: "That's what you have to do is fight through injuries, everyone is injured so you just have to battle through."

I want to thank Vinny Viola and Bill Zito for bringing winning hockey to South Florida. Tonight might be the greatest triumph for the Panthers or it could be a devastating loss, but if it wasn't for those two gentlemen we would never have been here in the first place. I know every Panther player will bring their A-game, and I will always be a passionate Panther fan no matter what happens tonight.

I’ve always been a fan of the panthers, growing up they had some of my fav players. Bobby Lu, Bure, Boumeester and Jokinen to name a few. Even recently drafting some players I really like, Barkov and Ekblad. I understand why you guys traded for Tkachuk, but that soured me on your team a bit :p. Though this team is not the Panthers team I grew up with, this team is something to be proud of no matter what.

Got to believe the two teams are looking at this series on opposite ends coming into Game 7.

Edmonton - will look at the last six games (especially the last three) as a battle cry. We were down and fought our way back to force this Game 7. It’s ours.

Florida - will use the first three games to reenforce that they beat these guys before and can do it again; though I think they should forget the whole series and take Game 7 for exactly what it is: a single game to win the Cup, nothing before it matters.

Overtime 3-2. Take your pick.

Hyman for EDM or Verhaege for FLA.

May the best club win.

Pucker factor over here has to be 11/10. Best of luck to both teams. Really enjoyed this SCF.
