Is Reinhart the 94pt killer, or the 65pt complimentary player? I like Sam, being a Sabres fan...but boy did he capitalize in his contract year. We shall see, and I do hope he stays at that 85-95pt player for the Panthers.

Monty was fun to watch when he so frequently activated from the back end. Who is replacing his points?

Love watching the Panthers and the high puck pressure system. Just hope they don't have a hangover year

Rhino is averaging a point per game in his three seasons in FL. He’s also been very good without the puck. His game will age well, I think.
He could’ve cashed in more elsewhere, some were projecting $10mil per on his new deal

I don't think the Panthers will be as good next season due to Stanley Cup hangover. Going to the finals two years in a row can take a tow. It will be fun to see them go over to Finland, but they will have jet lag and probably will be behind the eight-ball all season long trying to remain in contention.

The questions I have concerning the future are
1. Will they extend Maurice's contract or will it be three and out? Maybe that will be all he wants anyway since he got what he wanted and that was the Stanley Cup.
2. What will happen to Bennett and Verhaghe's contract? They cannot keep dishing out big contracts and survive as a team.
3. Will they buy out Bobrosky's contract after next year being it will be his final year the following year? He'll be an old goalie with a big salary cap hit.
Food for thought.
