I remember in Orlando as a kid I had a burger that was thick and cooked to medium rare if you wanted. I never see that style of burger.

I would say I'm a burger megafan.

My favourite is the winter Olympics, but the summer has something for everyone. I found myself really interested in the surfing competitions, though I've only tried surfing once.

I miss it already

It's going airborne into my face.

I went to a fancy hipster burger joint called "Burger 21". My friend swore by it. I order a burger and the order taker asks me how I want it cooked.

That was the first red flag for me. There is only one safe and proper way to cook ground beef - completely well done. I don't mind pink in my steak, but I better not see it inside my burger.

So, I told him I want it well done.

We wait, get our sacks of hot greasy food and leave to go scarf it down back home.

We get back and I take a bite out of a very attractive looking burger. (frank)ing dark pink borderline red in the middle. WTF? I just paid $20 for this hunk of poopty raw meat that I have to finish cooking myself?

Needless to say, never went back there. My buddy didn't see an issue with it. I told to go ahead and enjoy your raw caveman meat and the parasites that come with it. He probably has a Kennedy brain worm now.
