The Leafs are getting close to having to make some roster moves with defenseman Jani Hakanpaa and Connor Dewar traveling and skating with the club, but in a move that didn’t affect their upcoming cap dilemma, the club re-assigned center Fraser Minten to the AHL Toronto Marlies.

The only thing I can say is that Adam has said they aren't the same person.

But no one else in this forum in the time I've been here posts the same way - citing snippets of conversation broken into multiple quotes within a message and using the BBCode commands as effectively. His arguing style and certainty of course is also the same, as you noted.

That all said I don't really care. I have mostly disagreed with UC or RJ but that doesn't mean that their opinion isn't well considered or well presented. It might be repetitive, but I've said before make your point, reiterate your point if you want and move along.

Some of the responses I provide to him are more forum-based comments anyway stimulated by the message itself.

Undoubtedly. Although it would beg a legitimate question since I didn't watch much of the Islanders last year: Who contributes more on a grinding / checking line? The ghost of Cal Clutterbuck or the ghost of Ryan Reaves?

I've been told many pencil necks would or did leave due to the apparent hyper oppressive moderating that was done for a period of time here.

Oddly enough I still see those same folks here - including those from the west coast to this day.

I do remember there was one guy who lived in the Hamilton area - died tragically in a fire.

And I do worry about Leafman, who was a mod here, and IIRC had health issues. He moved out to B.C., so maybe he just became a Canucks fan.

I just read the Jets blog because I'm on a terrible conf. call and was bored.

The Leafs at the Jets was the first sell out for the Jets at home so far all season? Really?

That's a bit surprising to me considering their hot start and the fact their rink only holds just over 15 K (it's the smallest in the entire league).

I saw a game there about 4 years ago and for 15 thousands people it's super loud!
