So who is replacing Meltzer and Augello? Getting a dozen new bloggers any day now to cover all the teams right?

I'm assuming AI:

The Toronto Maple Leafs are gearing up to face their long-time rivals, the Boston Bruins, in a highly anticipated Atlantic Division matchup. Both teams are eager to bounce back from recent losses and secure a crucial win. The Maple Leafs will rely on their offensive firepower, led by Mitchell Marner and Auston Matthews, to penetrate the Bruins' solid defense1. On the other hand, the Bruins will look to capitalize on their strong goaltending and power play opportunities to gain an edge.

This game promises to be an exciting clash, with both teams bringing their best to the ice. The Maple Leafs will need to be at their sharpest to overcome the Bruins' resilience and secure a victory. Fans can expect a thrilling contest filled with intensity and high-stakes action. Who do you think will come out on top?

Sad to see Mike go. He knew every player and their position. But he will hopefully live on as a top Leafs source.

My favourite Tanner moment was when he argued that elite players should NOT be on the PP because it drains their energy. Elite players should only be used for 5 on 5 since they can generate more chances, and the PP is for lesser skilled players to shine who otherwise couldn't produce 5 on 5. He truly believed this. He argued Nic Petan and Tyler Ennis should lead the Leafs PP and Matthews and Marner should rest up. The sole reason this isn't already happening is because of dinosaur coaches.

No one has ever done more to undermine the hockey analytics movement than James Tanner. I think he still writes somewhere. Maybe Hockey Writers?

Tanner was the biggest troll of all, and got paid while doing it.
