Oilers can address some issues at TDL. They'll be ok here on out. Flames were brutally exposed by Vegas last game should have been 4 or 5-0 at least but Vegas is so 4 line deep they just kill teams and wear them down. But technically Oily is not wrong only thing keeping Van and Calgary alive at present is the Bettman loser point. I remember Detroit snuck into the playoffs years back with something like 18 loser points lol maybe Van or Calgary can pull off the same?

Oh I agree. Flames should be closer to the bottom than they sit right now. Just good enough to miss the playoffs and give their 1st to Montreal. It’s more a recycle than rebuild.
Oilers have lots of holes, but they also have McDavid and Draisaitl. Sure they may be able to address some needs but continuily spending money in the wrong areas doesn’t help. Skinner healthy scratch, Perry wasted $.
I also agree Vegas is the team to beat in the playoffs, deep roster with a mobile D corp.
