I don’t blame you & him placing tariffs on your pay is bs.

Was a feisty game. It has to continue & keep playing for each other. It took secondary & tertiary scoring to win it. Some good signs tonight but means squat if they don’t build on it. They did play a tired team & the 1st line still not close to being dangerous nor the sad PP. The PK is still the best thing so far this season along with Blanky.

Gut feeling is either Brock caves or he is gone. Cannot see a rental being the wise thing to do. Still not impressed with Dak he shows spurts but no production. Hog has settled in very well for awhile now. Soucy a big goal. Well done with my whipping boys outside of the obvious lol

Other than the Central division the Pacific is pretty much crap. VGK & the Oil are nothing special & goes downhill quick after that. Pretty much like the old sweathog days of the Norris.

Any kind of streak & then average play gets a team into the PO’s & the anything can happen you can toss right out the window. Mediocre teams at best. About the only value I can see in making the PO’s is it’s a stepping stone leading into the offseason for a retool. Before then the 10.3m cap accrued has to be used up or becomes a wasted opportunity. That is some serious coin to weaponize.

Looks like the love affair with this current mngt group is ending lol.

We've gone from Horvat-Miller-'Pettersson' down the middle to a 50 point version of Pettersson in less than three seasons.

Solid.

They literally are the two teams to beat in the west genius...

Vegas will be tough in PO's. Oil have a few things to work on but all good.

Thanks York!!

Such a strange year all around for the Canucks, so many things gone wrong. Good win last night, they played well, generated offense on the rush and they started shooting the puck. A little fiesty too, I liked that.

Literally 2 teams that should’t lose in the 1st round. Then 1 has to lose…genius

This format something new to you?

You have to either sign or trade him, as long as one happens I’ll be happy.

Ok I’ll take the 3rd outcome. Folly to let him walk as a rental. Lol

Seriously though without a playmaker I’d trade him if they don’t get one.

Agreed, very weird year obviously highlighted by EP40 playing so poorly. One superstar carrying a lot of weight. I hope they try to make a splash on the offseason, clearly need some fresh blood. I like the D for the first time in many years, I’ll give them that!

Probably as expected, but league sources confirm that Carolina has received clarity from Mikko Rantanen's camp as far as not being ready to make a decision on the team's contract offer by Friday's trade deadline. Hence, Carolina talking to teams and seeing for real what the trade market is for him. It comes down to weighing best trade offers on the table versus keeping Rantanen as a rental... let's see how it goes.

What a bonehead move by the Hurricanes GM.

Depends what they get for him. Necas wanted out. He took a big swing. If he gets something good back for him then it will work out fine for them.

Very risky! If Rantanen ends up back with the Avs as a UFA, could be one of the worst moves ever

I guess there was some confusion with trade talks with Allvin and the Canes when shopping Pettersson lol. Canes GM asked 'which Pettersson are we getting' and Alvin replied 'the good one' hahahahaha

With three Petterssons on the roster this is fucking gold Jerry.

Teams will know Tulsky has no leverage, he's going to lose Rantanen regardless so why pay huge for him. Unless there's a bidding war, which is possible, but he's still a rental.

It’s raining in Scottsdale, home of the Tkachuk brothers, big game tonight for the Coyotes though.

So as I said weeks ago with all these massive cap hike projections it is looking like it’s already cracking. Bettman saying the trade war and the Canadian exchange rate right now is going to cause the league major pain.

That would be insane but he seemed pretty shocked and furious about getting traded. I don't think he'll sign with Carolina or want to go back to Col.

He'll go to FA and probably get even more - bidding war for sure.

That kid is a fawking cancer - there's some wild clips of him on the bench yelling at teamates and freaking out like a child.

His production has fallen off a cliff and it couldnt have happened to a bigger dipsh&t.
